She is very thorough in her teaching. I found the manoeuvres were the most difficult to learn, but Paula broke them down into easy steps which was brilliant! I was a really nervous pupil to start with as I thought I would never be able to understand the gears but Steve was really patient and thorough and I picked it up really quickly. I couldn't believe I passed first time and I am the only one in my family to do so.

By april 2009 I had taken and passed my theory test and by 2nd july 2009 I had taken and passed my practical test first time! I didnt think I could do it but paula believed in me, helped me and was a friend as well as an instructor which made me relax. Would certainly advise anyone taking lessons to use Kool- was the best thing I ever did.

Stacey,19: I passed my driving test on the 2nd May 2009 and I couldn't have asked for a better instructor, very supportive and I was always given information for example when I struggled with a manouver such as reversing round a corner we would go over it and discusss it, practicing untill I could get it right as people learn in different ways and Paula recognised this fact. Thankyou very much for being my driving instructor!

She is so patient - I was extremely nervous to begin with plus I had a few wobbles along the way but she was always calm, caring and understanding. Because of Paula's amazing tuition, I passed my test first time in November 2009! I was the person who waited until I was 28 to start learning because I was sure that I'd never be good enough to pass my test...Paula helped me overcome this negative attitude and prove myself wrong!!!
